Ok, so truth be told, I have been trying to log on to here for a little over a week and there was something freaky going on. Lots of pop-ups (which there shouldn't be as I pay for the privilidge to write here) and endless looping of pages reloading. Most annoying, but it appears as thought the problem is fixed.
Carolynn persists in her absence....er, holidays. She heads to Calgary this week to fulfil her babysitting duties. Then she is off to Natuashish to fulful her housesitting duties. I am hoping to get down there for the weekend of the 16th of June myself. A lot of friends are leaving for the summer and not coming back. I figure if I want to see them I have to go there. Some others are going off for the summer and coming back. That gives me hope that maybe they will have to come here in the upcoming school year for some reason!
It snowed last night again. Yes, that's right, snowed. I have the heat cranked in the house because it is also damp right now. Spring snow is not pleasant snow. I want to put the plants outside in a cold frame, but it is too cold for that even. This is not good as these plants are rapidly outgrowing their little styro cups. The windowledges will not support the cups much longer! We will have a disaster on our hands and dirt on our floor. And it will be exclusively my fault. Poo.
Only a few more weeks until I leave for my reunion. I guess by now I have lost all the weight I am going to, I still haven't quit smoking, I haven't a thing to wear, and I don't even care. I am just glad to be going to see all the people I didn't speak to in High School but have now been on Facebook with for over a month. Funny thing that is.
